Our Promise

If your shirt doesn’t fit the way you want or isn’t exactly what you expected, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping), no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in original packaging
• Have all original tags and labels attached
• Be returned in resalable condition
  

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team to request a return.
   
2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no charge.
   
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
   
4. Drop it off with the carrier.
   

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive a refund to your original payment method
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  
• A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, simply note it when you request your return. We’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.

Order your usual size for a confident, tailored fit. Size up if you prefer extra room.

What if it doesn’t fit me?

Can I put it in the dryer?

Yes, on low heat. For best longevity, air dry.

Will the shirt shrink?

Minimal shrinkage when washed according to care instructions.

Will it lose its shape over time?

No. Our fabric is engineered to hold its structure wash after wash.
